What are your delivery times?
Delivery time depends on where the shopper is located! However, we try to ship orders out within 1-2 business days.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping starts at $5, but shoppers have the option to expedite shipping if they choose. Shipping for orders of $100 or more is free!
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Not at this time. We are currently only shipping to the U.S.

What if I receive the wrong product?
We hope this never happens! However, feel free to call or text us at 573-414-8921 or email us at sales@blacktopboutique.com for any issues with your orders.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or appears to be faulty, please email us at sales@blacktopboutique.com. Be sure to include photos of the product and your order number in the email. Items reported damaged or faulty after 5 days of the item's delivery date cannot be exchanged.
Return Policy
How do I return my product?
If you would like to return an item, that's no problem! Email us at sales@blacktopboutique.com with any return requests. Be sure to include your order number in the email. All returns for damaged/wrong items are free and must be done within 14 days of the item's delivery. If you need to return an item that just didn't work for you, please mail these items to 13 South Locust Street, Suite A, Dexter, MO 63841. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 days of us receiving the item. Items eligible for return must be unworn with the tags still attached. Items that have been washed or have odors (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.) cannot be returned. Items received in this condition are not eligible for a refund.
What if the item is a gift?
